1. Scope

This Service Delivery Policy explains how RINA WAVES LLC delivers yacht charter brokerage, coordination and concierge services purchased through a written proposal, invoice or agreement.

Rina Waves supplies services rather than physical retail goods. No postal shipping is normally involved. Confirmations, invoices, agreements and travel information are delivered electronically by email, WhatsApp or another agreed durable medium.

2. Delivery Time

Initial response and proposal timing depends on the complexity of the request and supplier availability. Rina Waves will communicate expected timing and any material delay.

Confirmed charter and concierge services are performed on the dates and times stated in the written confirmation, itinerary, voucher, charter agreement or supplier booking document.

Digital confirmations are normally delivered after the required payment and supplier confirmation have been received. Some final operational details may be provided closer to the service date where this is standard for the yacht, marina, airport or local supplier.

3. Delivery Area

Rina Waves coordinates services internationally, with a focus on Europe and the Mediterranean. Availability depends on destination, local regulation and supplier coverage.

Any geographic restriction or unavailable service will be communicated before payment whenever reasonably possible.

4. What the Client Receives

Depending on the booking, the client may receive a yacht shortlist, charter proposal, charter agreement, invoice, payment confirmation, supplier confirmation, itinerary, meeting point, local contact, transfer details, service voucher and operational updates.

The exact deliverables are defined by the accepted proposal or agreement. Images, descriptions and indicative itineraries shown before confirmation may be subject to final supplier documentation and operational conditions.

5. Third-Party Services

Yachts and many concierge elements are delivered by independent yacht owners, charter operators and local suppliers. Rina Waves coordinates delivery and communicates the relevant supplier terms where applicable.

The client may be required to comply with supplier check-in procedures, identity checks, deposits, safety rules, arrival times and service-specific conditions.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate passenger and contact details, respond to reasonable information requests, meet payment deadlines, arrive at agreed meeting points on time and carry all required travel documents.

Where delivery depends on a client action, late or incomplete information may delay confirmation or performance. Any resulting cost will be explained and handled according to the applicable agreement and law.

7. Changes, Delays and Substitutions

Weather, sea conditions, safety decisions, traffic, airport operations, port restrictions, mechanical issues or other events may affect timing or route.

Where a confirmed service is materially affected, Rina Waves will communicate available alternatives and work in good faith to reschedule, substitute or determine any refund due under the written agreement, supplier terms and applicable law.

8. Customer Support

General customer service is available daily from 10:00 to 18:00 London time by email at hello@rinawaves.com, phone at +45 32 33 09 64 and WhatsApp at +351 912 538 392.

Support for confirmed charters may be provided outside general customer service hours according to the agreed service schedule and destination time zone.

9. Reporting a Delivery Issue

A client should report a missing confirmation, incorrect detail, delay or service issue as soon as reasonably possible. Please include the booking reference, date, location and supporting information.

Rina Waves will acknowledge the issue, contact the relevant supplier where needed and communicate the proposed resolution as soon as reasonably possible.
